Measurements:

200 ml tomato juice
30 ml vodka
15 ml sugar syrup
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
plus extra for garnish
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper

4 drops Tabasco sauce
or to taste
1 shot cold espresso
Celery salt
to granish
Ice-cubes

Instructions

Place the tomato juice, vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a measuring jug and stir to combine. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco, then stir in the cold espresso.

Dip the rim of a short serving glass in lemon juice and then celery salt. Fill with ice and lemon slices and pour over the coffee mixture. Garnish with shaved celery to serve.
