This is the coffee equivalent of a wink and a smile! Freshly made cold espresso, chilled milk and swirls of golden caramel…sweet, sassy and smooth.

Ingredients

Measurements:

  • lungo shot espresso icon
    1 lungo shot espresso

    chilled

  • thick caramel syrup icon
    60 ml thick caramel syrup

    plus extra to garnish

  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • full cream milk icon
    240 ml full cream milk

Instructions

  • 1Place the chilled espresso and caramel syrup in a liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.
  • 2Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with caramel syrup and fill with ice. Add the milk and pour in the coffee mixture to serve.
