1 lungo shot espresso
chilled
60 ml thick caramel syrup
plus extra to garnish
Ice-cubes
to serve
240 ml full cream milk

Instructions

Place the chilled espresso and caramel syrup in a liquid measuring cup and stir to combine.

Drizzle the inside of a tall serving glass with caramel syrup and fill with ice. Add the milk and pour in the coffee mixture to serve.
