  • cornichon icon
    1½ oz cornichons
  • drained capers icon
    2 tbsp drained capers
  • tarragon icon
    1 tbsp tarragon
  • flat-leaf parsley icon
    1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley
  • Essential Mayonnaise icon
    ½ cup (3¾ oz) Essential Mayonnaise
  • cornichon juice icon
    1 tbsp cornichon juice
  • fresh lemon juice icon
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt icon
    ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • cayenne pepper icon
    Cayenne pepper

    to taste

  • cooked jumbo shrimp icon
    3 lb cooked jumbo shrimp

    peeled and deveined

Instructions

  • 1Carefully assemble the processor with the grey spindle and green S-blade™ in the bowl. Add the shallot, garlic, cornichons, capers, tarragon and parsley and process until finely chopped, scraping down the side occasionally.
  • 2Add the mayonnaise, cornichon juice, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper and process to combine, scraping down the bowl occasionally.
  • 3Serve as a dipping sauce with the shrimp.
