"I love this countertop oven! It’s so easy to use. It comes with so much! 3 racks, one which is more like a basket. There’s also a pizza pan. Can easily cook a whole Capon or small Turkey. Also comfortably fit 13 x 9 casserole dish with handles. You can buy separately a wood cutting board with fee that nest on top of the oven. It’s great for giving spice to set the extra racks on when using the oven As well protecting cupboards from heat. "This is truly a worth substitute for a full-sized oven (as long as it will accomodate the size of the pot/pan to be used). I had a Smart Oven Pro previously and the added interior size of the Air version and additional features are very welcome. It may be of interest to bread bakers to know that the Staub enamalled cast iron 4-quart coquette will fit into this oven without removing the top knob of the lid. (The knob had to be removed for the pot to fit into the Pro version). I now do most of my yeast bread baking in the Staub pot in the Air oven producing a boule-type round loaf.
