Instructions

• 1Put the vodka, mint and agave nectar in the blender and attach the jug to the juice collector spout.
• 2Process the pears and ginger through the juicer using the HARD program. Process the lemon through the juicer using the MEDIUM program.
• 3Remove the juice collector and place the blender jug onto the motor base and secure the lid.
• 4Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until smooth.
• 5Divide the ice among 4 glasses. Pour over the cocktail. Top with sprigs of mint and serve.
