  Put the vodka, mint and agave nectar in the blender and attach the jug to the juice collector spout.

  Process the pears and ginger through the juicer using the HARD program. Process the lemon through the juicer using the MEDIUM program.

  Remove the juice collector and place the blender jug onto the motor base and secure the lid.

  Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until smooth.

  Divide the ice among 4 glasses. Pour over the cocktail. Top with sprigs of mint and serve.
