Ingredients
Measurements:
- ½ cup (4 fl oz) vodka
chilled
- ¼ cup mint leaves
plus extra sprigs to serve
- ¼ cup (2 fl oz) light agave nectar
- 6 (53 oz) medium ripe pears
halved, stems removed
- ½ oz ¾-inch piece fresh ginger
peeled
- ½ (1¾ oz) small lemon
peeled and pith removed
- 1 cup (5 oz) ice-cubes
Instructions
- 1Put the vodka, mint and agave nectar in the blender and attach the jar to the juice collector spout.
- 2Process the pears and ginger through the juicer using the HARD program. Process the lemon through the juicer using the MEDIUM program.
- 3Remove the juice collector and place the blender jar onto the motor base and secure the lid.
- 4Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until smooth.
- 5Divide the ice among 4 glasses. Pour over the cocktail. Top with sprigs of mint and serve.
