Serves 4



  • 12 (3⅓ lb) medium ripe tomatoes
  • 4 (4 oz) celery stalks
  • 1 (5 oz) medium lemons

    peeled and pith removed

  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • ⅔ cup (5½ fl oz) vodka


  • Flaky sea salt

    to season

  • Freshly ground black pepper

    to season

To serve:

  • Crushed ice
  • Small celery stalks
  • Celery salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  • 1Process the tomatoes and celery through the juicer using the FAST speed.
  • 2Process the lemon through the juicer using the QUIET speed.
  • 3Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and vodka. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • 4Spoon the crushed ice into chilled glasses. Pour the juice over the ice and add a celery stalk to each glass. Sprinkle with celery salt and pepper and serve.
    Tip: For a virgin Bloody Mary omit the vodka.
