Ingredients
Measurements:
- 12 (3⅓ lb) medium ripe tomatoes
- 4 (4 oz) celery stalks
- 1 (5 oz) medium lemons
peeled and pith removed
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
- ⅔ cup (5½ fl oz) vodka
chilled
- Flaky sea salt
to season
- Freshly ground black pepper
to season
To serve:
- Crushed ice
- Small celery stalks
- Celery salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1Process the tomatoes and celery through the juicer using the FAST speed.
- 2Process the lemon through the juicer using the QUIET speed.
- 3Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and vodka. Season well with salt and pepper.
- 4Spoon the crushed ice into chilled glasses. Pour the juice over the ice and add a celery stalk to each glass. Sprinkle with celery salt and pepper and serve.Tip: For a virgin Bloody Mary omit the vodka.
