Air-Fried Salted Cashews
Toasted nuggets of salty cashew goodness! Make a double batch and keep them in the cupboard. Add them to your trail mix, sprinkle them into a stir fry or use them to jazz up your favorite salad.

Ingredients
Measurements:
2⅓ cups (12 oz) cashews
1 large egg white
1½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- 1Evenly spread the cashews in the air fry basket. Insert the basket in the middle position. Set the oven to Bake, No Fan, 450°F, for 3 minutes and press Start to lightly toast the cashews.
- 2Remove the cashews from the oven and stand for 10 minutes to cool.
- 3Adjust the oven Air Fry, Super Convection, 300°F, for 10 minutes and press Start. Meanwhile, place the egg white in a large bowl and whisk until frothy. Add the salt and whisk for 1 minute, or until soft peaks form.
- 4Add the cooled cashews to the egg white and stir to coat. Evenly spread the cashews in a single layer, in the air fry basket.
- 5Place the basket in the middle position and cook for 10 minutes. Halfway through cooking, carefully stir the cashews and continue cooking.
- 6The cashews should be golden brown. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
- 7Cashews can be served warm or cooled. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
