Ingredients


Measurements:

  • all-purpose flour icon
    2 cups (10½ oz) all-purpose flour
  • baking powder icon
    2 tsp baking powder
  • salt icon
    2 tsp salt
  • plain Greek-style yogurt icon
    1¼ cups (10½ oz) plain Greek-style yogurt
  • olive oil icon
    1 tbsp olive oil
  • clove garlic icon
    2 cloves garlic

    minced

  • shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice icon
    1¼ cups (4 oz) shredded mozzarella or cheese of your choice

Instructions

  • 1Insert the wire rack in the bottom position. Set the oven to Pizza, Super Convection, fresh, size 13 inch, 400°F, and press Start to preheat. Adjust the time to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.
  • 2Place the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • 3Add the yogurt and bring the dough together. Turn out onto the countertop and knead to combine.
  • 4Flour the countertop and dough and roll until large enough to fit the pizza pan. Place the dough on the pan and press to the edge.
  • 5Combine the oil and garlic in a small bowl and brush over the dough. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  • 6Once preheated, place the pan in the oven and cook for 8 minutes.
  • 7The cheese should be melted and the crust golden brown. If not, cook it a little longer.
  • 8Cut and serve.
