Ingredients

Measurements:

  • medium orange icon
    1 (8½ oz) medium orange

    peeled, pith and seeds removed, halved

  • medium green apple icon
    1 (5¼ oz) medium green apple

    quartered and cored

  • Persian cucumber icon
    1 (4½ oz) Persian cucumber

    coarsely chopped

  • green seedless grapes icon
    1 cup (7 oz) green seedless grapes
  • ice cube icon
    7 ice cubes
  • baby spinach icon
    1½ cups (2 oz) baby spinach
  • chilled coconut water icon
    1¾ cups (14 fl oz) chilled coconut water

Instructions

  • 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the GREEN SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into glasses and serve.
