Ingredients
Measurements:
1 (8½ oz) medium orangepeeled, pith and seeds removed, halved
1 (5¼ oz) medium green applequartered and cored
1 (4½ oz) Persian cucumbercoarsely chopped
1 cup (7 oz) green seedless grapes
7 ice cubes
1½ cups (2 oz) baby spinach
1¾ cups (14 fl oz) chilled coconut water
Instructions
- 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the GREEN SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into glasses and serve.
