Ingredients


Measurements:

  • ⅔ cup (3¼ oz) blanched almonds
  • 2½ cups (14 oz) frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp raw maca powder
  • ⅔ cup (2 oz) chopped fresh young coconut flesh
  • 3¼ cups (26 fl oz) chilled coconut water
  • 4 mint leaves

Instructions

  • 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into glasses and serve.
