Ingredients
Measurements:
- 3 (1 lb) medium green apples
- 4 (7½ oz) large Tuscan kale leaf
washed and trimmed
- ½ cup loosely packed mint leaves
- ½ oz 3cm fresh ginger
peeled
- 2 (9 oz) medium Persian cucumbers
- 2 (7 oz) medium green kiwis
ends trimmed
- 1 (10½ oz) large orange
peeled and pith removed
Instructions
- 1Process the apples, kale, mint and ginger through the juicer using the BOOST speed.
- 2Process the cucumbers and kiwis through the juicer using the FAST speed.
- 3Process the orange through the juicer using the QUIET speed.
- 4Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
- 5Tip: You can replace the Tuscan kale with 4 medium Swiss chard leaves, washed and trimmed.
