  • heavy cream icon
    2 fl oz heavy cream
  • unsweetened coconut cream icon
    1 fl oz unsweetened coconut cream
  • simple syrup icon
    ½ fl oz simple syrup
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso

    1 fl oz Malibu

    1¾ fl oz water

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
  • 2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
