- 2 fl oz heavy cream
- 1 fl oz unsweetened coconut cream
- ½ fl oz simple syrup
- Ice-cubes
to serve
- 1 double shot cold espresso

- ½ fl oz vanilla syrup
- 1 fl oz Malibu
- 1¾ fl oz water
- Edible rose petals
to garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
- 2Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup, Malibu and water. Top with the cream foam and garnish with edible rose petals to serve.
