Ingredients

Measurements:

1¾ fl oz pomegranate juice
½ fl oz simple syrup
¾ fl oz lime juice
4 fl oz iced water
Ice cubes
to serve
1 double shot espresso
chilled
Fresh rosemary sprig
to garnish

Instructions

1Combine the pomegranate juice, simple syrup, lime juice and water in a tall serving glass.
2Place some ice cubes into the serving glass. Top with the chilled espresso and garnish with a rosemary sprig to serve.
