Ingredients

Measurements:

  • medium cold brew shot icon
    1 medium cold brew shot
  • simple syrup icon
    2 tsp simple syrup
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • grated chocolate icon
    Grated chocolate

    to garnish

For the cloud coffee cream

  • heavy cream icon
    3½ fl oz heavy cream
  • vanilla extract icon
    ¾ tsp vanilla extract
  • condensed milk icon
    1 tbsp condensed milk
  • superfine sugar icon
    1 tbsp superfine sugar
  • shot cold espresso icon
    1 shot cold espresso

Instructions

  • 1To make the cloud coffee cream, place the cream, vanilla, condensed milk, sugar and chilled espresso in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 2Combine the cold brew and simple syrup in a large serving glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top with the cloud coffee cream. Garnish with grated chocolate to serve.
