Measurements:
¾ oz osmanthus sugar syrup
Ice cubesto serve
5 fl oz whole milk
1 double shot espressochilled
Dried osmanthus flowersto serve
For the osmanthus cream
1½ fl oz heavy cream
½ oz osmanthus sugar syrup
1 tsp superfine sugar
2 tsp whole milk
Instructions
- 1To make the osmanthus cream, place the cream, osmanthus sugar syrup, sugar and milk in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 2Place the osmanthus sugar syrup in the bottom of a medium serving glass. Fill with ice and pour in the milk.
- 3Pour over the chilled espresso and top with the osmanthus cream. Garnish with dried osmanthus flowers to serve.
