Measurements:
- Simple syrup
to garnish
- Shredded coconut
to garnish
- Ice cubes
to serve
- 5 fl oz coconut water
- Coconut flakes
toasted, to garnish
For the coffee cream
- 1¾ fl oz heavy cream
- 1 ristretto espresso
chilled
- ½ oz brown sugar
Instructions
- 1Dip a large serving glass into the simple syrup to coat the rim, then dip into the shredded coconut.
- 2To make the coffee cream, place the cream, ristretto and brown sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
- 3Place some ice into the serving glass. Pour over the coconut water and top with coffee cream. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes to serve.
