    5 fl oz coconut water
  • coconut flakes icon

For the coffee cream

  • heavy cream icon
    1¾ fl oz heavy cream
  • ristretto espresso icon
    1 ristretto espresso

    chilled

  • brown sugar icon
    ½ oz brown sugar

Instructions

  • 1Dip a large serving glass into the simple syrup to coat the rim, then dip into the shredded coconut.
  • 2To make the coffee cream, place the cream, ristretto and brown sugar in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk (or use a hand frother) until thick but still pouring consistency.
  • 3Place some ice into the serving glass. Pour over the coconut water and top with coffee cream. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes to serve.
