  • pistachio paste icon
    1 tbsp pistachio paste

    plus extra to garnish

  • shelled pistachio icon
    Shelled pistachios

    finely chopped to garnish

  • double shot espresso icon
    1 double shot espresso
  • whole milk icon
    Whole milk

    steamed and textured

Instructions

  • 1Smear the pistachio paste into the bottom of a small serving glass. Dip the glass into the pistachio paste to coat the rim, then dip into the pistachios.
  • 2Place the prepared glass under the portafilter and watch as the shot of espresso free pours.
  • 3Top with steamed and textured milk.
