Feta and Jalapeno Avocado Dip

Ingredients
Measurements:
¼ (1½ oz) small red onionpeeled
2 tbsp drained pickled jalapenos
2 (17½ oz) medium avocadospeeled and chopped
7 oz feta cheesebroken into large pieces
¼ cup (2 fl oz) fresh lime juice
1 clove garlicpeeled
Freshly ground black pepperto season
To serve
Chopped cilantro
Tortilla chips
Instructions
- 1Put the onion and jalapeno in the blender and secure the lid. CHOP for 8-10 seconds until chopped.
- 2Add the avocados, feta, lime juice and garlic to the blender and secure the lid.
- 3CHOP for 15 seconds, then MIX for 15-20 seconds until smooth, scraping down the sides and stopping occasionally to use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Season with pepper.
- 4Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
