Measurements:

  • yuzu puree icon
    1½ fl oz yuzu puree
  • water icon
    1½ fl oz water
  • ice cube icon
    Ice cubes

    to serve

  • tonic water icon
    5 fl oz tonic water
  • double cold espresso icon
    1 double cold espresso
  • fresh rosemary sprig icon
    Fresh rosemary sprig

    to garnish

Instructions

    Combine the yuzu puree with water in a tall serving glass.

  • 2

    Fill the glass with ice. Top with tonic water, then the cold espresso. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary to serve.
