½ fl oz whole milk
1½ tsp granulated sugar
1 fl oz hazelnut syrup

Ice-cubes

1 medium cold brew shot

Instructions
1Place the cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon hazelnut syrup in a liquid measuring cup. Whisk until thick but still pouring consistency.
2Fill a medium-size glass with ice and pour over the cold brew and remaining hazelnut syrup. Top with the cream mixture and garnish with white chocolate and hazelnuts to serve.
