1 fl oz unsweetened coconut cream
½ fl oz simple syrup
Ice-cubesto serve
1 double shot cold espressobeanz.com recommends Boon Boona, Bereka
1 fl oz vanilla syrup
5 fl oz water
Cocoa powderto garnish
Instructions
- 1Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
- 2Fill a small serving glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup and water. Top with the cream foam and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
