Coconut, coffee and vanilla are the creamy dream team in this heavenly concoction. No fear of missing out with this icy winner!

Ingredients

Measurements:

2 fl oz heavy cream
1 fl oz unsweetened coconut cream
½ fl oz simple syrup
Ice-cubes
to serve
1 double shot cold espresso
beanz.com recommends Boon Boona, Bereka
1 fl oz vanilla syrup
5 fl oz water
Cocoa powder
to garnish

Instructions

1Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
2Fill a small serving glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup and water. Top with the cream foam and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
