Measurements:

  • heavy cream icon
    2 fl oz heavy cream
  • unsweetened coconut cream icon
    1 fl oz unsweetened coconut cream
  • simple syrup icon
    ½ fl oz simple syrup
  • ice-cube icon
    Ice-cubes

    to serve

  • double shot cold espresso icon
    1 double shot cold espresso

    1 fl oz vanilla syrup
  • water icon
    5 fl oz water
  • cocoa powder icon
    Cocoa powder

    to garnish

Instructions

  • 1Place the cream, coconut cream and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Replace the lid and vigorously shake until combined.
  • 2Fill a small serving glass with ice and pour over the cold espresso, vanilla syrup and water. Top with the cream foam and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
