How to clean grinder conical burrs
Want to learn how to create perfect tasting coffee, every time? Getting consistent grinds is one of the most important aspects of grinding espresso to make a café-quality brew. That's why regularly cleaning the burrs is essential to achieve consistency with your coffee grinding results. The first step is to unlock the hopper and remove any remaining coffee beans. Then lock the hopper back into place and set the grind size to the maximum 45. Run the grinder until empty. This will remove any residual coffee beans. Next, clean the upper and lower burr with the burr brush; then clean the grind outlet with the grind outlet brush. You can now replace the upper burr by aligning the index marks and pushing the upper burr firmly into position. Lock it into place by rotating clockwise. Then lock the hopper into place. Finally, return your grind setting to its previous position. Now you're ready to fill up the hopper with fresh coffee beans and make a delicious cup of brew.
