How to adjust shot volume, duration and temperature

Customize your favorite espresso drinks at home with the top-of-the-line Oracle® machine. The shot volume, duration and temperature can all be adjusted via the MENU button. 
To select the shot volume, select the 'SHOT VOL' option in the menu, then dose the portafilter using the autogrind, dose, and tamp function. When you insert the portafilter into the group head, the 'SHOT VOL' will be displayed on the LCD screen. 
Next, rotate the SELECT dial to '1 CUP' to reprogram the 1 CUP button, or '2 CUP' to reprogram the 2 cup button. Then press the SELECT dial to start the espresso extraction. When the espresso volume/duration has reached your desired amount, press the SELECT dial to stop extraction. The machine will beep once to confirm the new volume/duration. 
To adjust the temperature of the espresso, select 'SHOT TEMP' from the menu. You will now see the 'SHOT TEMP' function displayed on the LCD screen. Press the select dial, which will cause the current temperature to flash. Then turn the select dial to your desired temperature. Press again to set the temperature. Finally, the machine will beep once to confirm the new temperature adjustment.
