Air-Fried from Frozen Detroit-Style Pepperoni Pizza

• 1Insert the wire rack into position 7. Select Phase Cook for P1 and set the oven to Pizza, Super Convection, 365°F, for 15 minutes. Press Confirm for P2, set the oven to Broil, High, for 2 minutes and press Start to preheat.
• 2Once preheated, remove the pizza from the freezer and carefully place it on the rack. With 5 minutes remaining in P1, carefully turn the pizza and continue cooking. The oven will automatically switch to P2.
• 3The cheese should be melted and bubbly and the crust golden brown. If not, broil it a little longer. When ready, open the oven door and slide the rack out. Allow the pizza to stand for 2 minutes.
• 4Your Detroit dreamboat is calling! Dig into its crispy crust and savor that soft chew. Give it a drizzle of chili oil for a fiery kick.
