Ingredients

Measurements:

  • strawberries icon
    12¼ oz strawberries

    hulled

  • loosely packed mint leaves icon
    ⅓ cup (½ oz) loosely packed mint leaves
  • granulated sugar icon
    ⅓ cup (2¼ oz) granulated sugar
  • chilled vodka icon
    1 cup (8 fl oz) chilled vodka
  • chilled pomegranate juice icon
    1¾ cups (14 fl oz) chilled pomegranate juice

Instructions

  • 1Put the strawberries, mint and sugar in the blender and secure the lid. CHOP for 2-3 seconds until coarsely chopped.
  • 2Add the vodka and pomegranate juice. MIX for 4-5 seconds until just combined.
  • 3Pour into glasses and serve.
