Ingredients
Measurements:
- 12 blood or navel oranges
peeled, pith and seeds removed, halved
- 3 limes
peeled, pith and seeds removed
- 1¼ cups (10 fl oz) bourbon whiskey
- ⅓ cup (2¾ fl oz) agave syrup or simple sugar syrup
- 12–14 drops Angostura bitters
- 15 ice-cubes
Instructions
- 1Put the oranges, limes, bourbon, agave syrup and bitters in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2BLEND for 30 seconds until smooth.
- 3Add the ice and secure the lid. Blend on PULSE/ICE CRUSH until the program finishes.
- 4Strain into chilled martini glasses and serve.
