Ingredients


Measurements:

  • blood or navel orange icon
    12 blood or navel oranges

    peeled, pith and seeds removed, halved

  • lime icon
    3 limes

    peeled, pith and seeds removed

  • bourbon whiskey icon
    1¼ cups (10 fl oz) bourbon whiskey
  • agave syrup or simple sugar syrup icon
    ⅓ cup (2¾ fl oz) agave syrup or simple sugar syrup
  • 12–14 drops Angostura bitters icon
    12–14 drops Angostura bitters
  • ice-cube icon
    15 ice-cubes

Instructions

  • 1Put the oranges, limes, bourbon, agave syrup and bitters in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2BLEND for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • 3Add the ice and secure the lid. Blend on PULSE/ICE CRUSH until the program finishes.
  • 4Strain into chilled martini glasses and serve.
