Measurements:

  • frozen chopped mango icon
    2½ cups (12 oz) frozen chopped mango
  • reduced fat vanilla yogurt or coconut milk yogurt icon
    ¾ cup (6 oz) reduced fat vanilla yogurt or coconut milk yogurt
  • white chia seeds icon
    2 tbsp white chia seeds
  • chilled milk, almond, rice or soy milk icon
    2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled milk, almond, rice or soy milk

Instructions

  • 1Put all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
