Ingredients
Measurements:
- 2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled coconut water
- 2 (14 oz) medium bananas
peeled and chopped
- 1 cup (6 oz) frozen blueberries
- 7 oz frozen acai berry pulp
coarsely chopped
- 1 (10½ oz) small raw beet
peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup (3 oz) toasted granola
- 2 tbsp whey or vegan protein powder
optional
To serve:
- Granola
- Blueberries
- Goji berries
Instructions
- 1Place all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
- 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
- 3Pour into four bowls. Top with granola, blueberries and goji berries to serve.Tip: You can use about 9½ oz chopped frozen banana instead of fresh banana.
