Ingredients


Measurements:

  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) chilled coconut water
  • 2 (14 oz) medium bananas

    peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup (6 oz) frozen blueberries
  • 7 oz frozen acai berry pulp

    coarsely chopped

  • 1 (10½ oz) small raw beet

    peeled and chopped

  • ¾ cup (3 oz) toasted granola
  • 2 tbsp whey or vegan protein powder

    optional

To serve:

  • Granola
  • Blueberries
  • Goji berries

Instructions

  • 1Place all the ingredients in the blender and secure the lid.
  • 2Select the SMOOTHIE program and blend until the program finishes.
  • 3Pour into four bowls. Top with granola, blueberries and goji berries to serve.
    Tip: You can use about 9½ oz chopped frozen banana instead of fresh banana.
