Ingredients
Measurements:
- ½ cup (4 fl oz) gin
- ½ cup (4 fl oz) campari
- ½ cup (4 fl oz) sweet vermouth
- 1 cup (5 oz) ice-cubes
- 1 ½-inch piece (¾ oz) fresh ginger
peeled
- 8 (4¼ lb) medium navel oranges
peeled and pith removed plus the peeled rind 1 orange to serve
Instructions
- 1Put the gin, Campari, vermouth and ice cubes in the blender and attach the jar to the juice collector spout.
- 2Process the ginger through the juicer using the HARD program.
- 3Reduce to MEDIUM and juice the oranges.
- 4Remove the juice collector and place the blender jar onto the motor base and secure the lid.
- 5Select the FROZEN COCKTAIL program and blend until smooth.
- 6Pour the cocktail into 4 glasses. Press the orange rind onto skewers and set over the glasses to serve.
