Put the gin, Campari, vermouth and ice cubes in the blender and attach the jug to the juice collector spout.
Process the ginger through the juicer using the HARD program.
Reduce to MEDIUM and juice the oranges.
Remove the juice collector and place the blender jug onto the motor base and secure the lid.
Select the FROZEN COCKTAIL program and blend until smooth.
Pour the cocktail into 4 glasses. Press the orange zest onto skewers and set over the glasses to serve.
