Ingredients
Measurements:
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 slices bread of your choice
2 slices of cheeseor 1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz) shredded cheese
½ oz butterat room temperature

Place the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and stir to combine.

Spread one slice of bread with the mayonnaise mixture. Top with the cheese and the remaining bread.

Insert the oven rack into position 1 Down and place the roasting pan on the rack. Set the oven to Air Fry, Super Convection, 425°F, for 6 minutes and press Start to preheat. Meanwhile, continue to the next step.

Spread the bread with half the butter. Turn the sandwich over and spread the other side with the remaining butter.

Once preheated, place the sandwich in the roasting pan and Air Fry for 6 minutes. When the oven signals, turn the sandwich over and continue cooking.
Tip: Bread with a higher moisture content, such as sourdough may need longer cooking. - 6
The bread should be golden brown. If not, press A Bit More. When ready, leave the sandwich in the oven for 1 minute longer to allow the cheese to continue to melt.
Tip: It may need a little more or a little less extra cooking time, best to keep an eye on it. - 7
Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
